The Head Center
The Head or the Crown Center is like the creative epicenter of Human Design, where all the bright ideas and inspiration flow freely. It's one of the two places that can really put the pressure on us, the other one being the Root Centre. Most people have it open, meaning their heads are always buzzing with tons of ideas and dreams. It's like having this huge jigsaw puzzle in your mind, constantly prodding you to piece it all together and make something real out of it. Head is full of great ideas and you are constantly feeling the itch to make them happen.
Open Head Centre
If you have an open Head Centre it's like living in a constant state of 'I wonder' but never 'I know'. The pressure to make sense of it all is real, and it can be exhausting trying to unravel the mysteries that never seem to have clear answers. It's a wild ride of curiosity, pushing you to chase after those elusive solutions. But guess what? It's not all in vain. Somewhere along the way, if you follow your Strategy & Authority correctly, you start getting the hang of it, figuring out which ideas really click with you. You learn to trust your Authority and let the right ones unfold naturally. And when the head gets too crowded, a quick walk in nature and daily meditation or breath-work practice becomes your perfect getaway.
Defined Head Center
Only about 12% of people have the Head Center defined. They're the lucky ones who can tap into their inner well of inspiration without needing any external push. It's a smooth ride for them, not as bumpy and chaotic as the open Head Center in Human Design. They don't feel that same crazy urgency to figure everything out, and life seems a bit less overwhelming.
In the end, it's all about accepting that we can't know it all. Embracing those moments of not knowing and just letting go, trusting that life has its own way of showing us the path. Stop overthinking and start listening to your gut and your heart. Your lower body is where it's at - that's the spot where all the real answers are hiding. Trust me, all those questions bouncing around in your head? The solutions aren't up there. They're down in your gut, waiting for you to pay attention and trust what it's telling you. So take a breather, let go of that overactive brain, and start tuning into what your body is trying to tell you. That's where the real magic happens.
